Yes! Our dedicated maintenance team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Plus, we offer after-hours emergency maintenance for those urgent situations. We’re here to keep your home in great shape!

Your comfort is our priority! We strive to respond to all service requests as quickly as possible to ensure your home stays in top condition. For non-emergency requests, you can easily submit a request through the resident portal or call us at 801-448-8090.

If it’s during business hours, we’d be happy to help you get back into your home! Unfortunately, we don’t offer after-hours lockout service, so if you’re locked out outside of business hours, you’ll need to contact a locksmith.

Yes! Each townhome comes with a garage at no additional cost, so parking is easy and convenient.

Vehicles must be parked in garages or designated parking areas within the community.

We typically process applications within 24-48 hours, so you won’t have to wait long to hear back!

You have convenient options! Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid through the resident portal, by certified funds, or by a personal check delivered to the Leasing Office.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required. You can purchase a policy through us, or if you already have a policy, you can simply add us as an additional insured, and provide us with a copy of your policy.

We’ve got you covered! Each townhome comes with Fiberwave fiber internet for fast and reliable service.

We make touring easy! We offer in-person and virtual tours to fit your schedule. Just be sure to bring a government-issued photo ID for in-person visits.

We require an income of at least 2x the monthly rent. To keep things fair, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants. If you’d like more details, our leasing team would love to chat—just schedule a time to meet with us!
